Three Quick Snack Recipes with Lăptăria cu Caimac Butter

1.Pear and Creamy Butter Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • sourdough bread slices
  • pears
  • pink peppercorns
  • honey
  • Lăptăria cu Caimac Milky Butter

Preparation:

  1. Toast the bread slices, slice the pears, crush the pink peppercorns in a mortar.
  2. Spread the Milky Butter on the bread slices. Place pear slices on top, sprinkle with pink peppercorns and drizzle with honey.

 

2.Eggplant, Tomato, and Wild Garlic Butter Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • white baguette
  • graffiti eggplants
  • tomatoes
  • fresh mozzarella
  • basil
  • Lăptăria cu Caimac Wild Garlic Butter

Preparation:

  1. Slice the eggplants and fry the slices in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until they brown.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  4. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and then into 3 or 4 smaller pieces. Toast each piece of baguette.
  5. Spread the Wild Garlic Butter on the toasted baguette, then arrange slightly overlapping slices of grilled eggplant, tomato, and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.

 

3.Turkey Ham, Apple, and Salted Butter Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • rye bread slices
  • turkey ham slices
  • Gouda cheese slices
  • red apples
  • valerian leaves
  • Lăptăria cu Caimac Salted Butter

Preparation:

  1. Spread the rye bread slices with the Salted Butter.
  2. Place 2 slices of turkey ham, 2 slices of Gouda cheese, apple slices, and valerian leaves on
  3. Cut into halves and enjoy this tasty sandwich.
