Starting from 01.01.2022, the company is managed by the Board of Directors consisting of the following 3 members: Nicusor Şerban, Cornel Dănilă and Mișu Negrițoiu. The mandate of Board members is 4 years.
Nicușor Șerban, Founder and Chairman of the Board, graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Bucharest with a degree in Agriculture. Mr. Șerban started his activity as Farm Administrator at the Didactic and Experimental Station Belciugatele, where he worked for 8 years, before setting up the farm that now supplies the raw material to the Lăptăria cu Caimac factory. He is currently in charge of the company’s vegetable and animal farms.
Cornel Dănilă, Board member, is a graduate of the Military Technical Academy and holds an MBA from the Open University in the UK. He has more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, during which time he has held top management positions in some of the leading dairy companies in Romania. Since 2019, Mr. Dănilă has been contributing to the development of the commercial strategy of Lăptăria cu Caimac.
Mișu Negrițoiu, Board member, graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, obtaining a Ph.D. in Economics from ASE. Mr. Negrițoiu has a wealth of experience in the economic and financial field, both in the public sector and in major multinational companies active in the banking and financial advisory market in Romania.
