  • 250g yogurt from Lăptăria cu Caimac
  • 190g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120ml sunflower oil
  • 125g flour
  • 60g cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons/ 10g baking
  • powder 50g finely chopped dark chocolate


  • 100g finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 100ml fresh cream from Lăptăria cu Caimac


  1. Mix the yogurt, sugar, eggs, and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add them to the liquid ingredients and mix well until they are incorporated.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate and incorporate it into the mixture.
  4. Pour the composition into a round cake pan with detachable walls, lined with baking paper on the base and walls.
  5. Bake the cake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then detach the walls and let it cool completely. After the cake has cooled, place it on a plate.

Prepare a chocolate ganache.

  1. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Pour over the heated cream until almost boiling. Leave everything still for a minute, then start incorporating the liquid into the chocolate with circular movements, starting from the center towards the edges. Let the ganache cool slightly before using it.
  2. Pour the ganache over the cake, level it, and decorate it with fresh fruits.



For decoration, you can use seasonal fruits that balance the sweet offered by the chocolate.
