Ingredients
- 250g yogurt from Lăptăria cu Caimac
- 190g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120ml sunflower oil
- 125g flour
- 60g cocoa
- 2 teaspoons/ 10g baking
- powder 50g finely chopped dark chocolate
Decoration:
- 100g finely chopped dark chocolate
- 100ml fresh cream from Lăptăria cu Caimac
Preparation
- Mix the yogurt, sugar, eggs, and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add them to the liquid ingredients and mix well until they are incorporated.
- Add the chopped chocolate and incorporate it into the mixture.
- Pour the composition into a round cake pan with detachable walls, lined with baking paper on the base and walls.
- Bake the cake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then detach the walls and let it cool completely. After the cake has cooled, place it on a plate.
Prepare a chocolate ganache.
- Put the chocolate in a bowl. Pour over the heated cream until almost boiling. Leave everything still for a minute, then start incorporating the liquid into the chocolate with circular movements, starting from the center towards the edges. Let the ganache cool slightly before using it.
- Pour the ganache over the cake, level it, and decorate it with fresh fruits.
