Do you want to cool down with a simple and refreshing dessert?
We have prepared the perfect recipe for frozen yogurt, an irresistible treat for this summer.
Ingredients:
- 350g frozen raspberries
- 250g Small Yogurt from Lăptăria cu Caimac
- 150g sweetened condensed milk
Preparation:
- Prepare a loaf pan or a ceramic tray and line it with plastic wrap, making sure to cover the base and sides, with the wrap hanging over the edges.
- In a large blender, combine the raspberries, condensed milk, and yogurt, and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Cover it and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Once it has frozen, remove the frozen mixture from the pan along with the plastic wrap. Remove the wrap and cut it into pieces or cubes
- Place the pieces back into the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Transfer everything back to the pan or a freezer-safe container. Leave it in the freezer for another 20-30 minutes until it hardens enough to scoop into ice cream cups.
- Serve with blueberries and raspberries.
Tips:
Depending on your preferences, you can choose different fruits for the mixture, and at the end, you can serve the frozen yogurt in a cone or a bowl.
