Delicate Milk is lactose free and is made from the same Romanian whole milk—freshly collected and gently processed—that goes from farm to glass bottle in just a few hours. The Delicate range was created out of our desire to offer more care to those who need milk that’s easy to digest.
It’s the milk you know—natural, whole, with its authentic fat content just as it comes from the cow—only we break down the lactose into simple, easily absorbed components. It remains the same balanced, clean milk, just kinder to the stomach. Another characteristic, shared with most lactose-free dairy products, is that Delicate Milk tastes slightly sweeter due to the lactose breakdown process.
For Delicate Milk we also choose short, low-temperature pasteurization. This way, we preserve both the nutrients and that pure, unmistakable “real milk” taste.
