Mr. \u0218erban started his activity as Farm Administrator at the Didactic and Experimental Station Belciugatele, where he worked for 8 years, before setting up the farm that now supplies the raw material to the L\u0103pt\u0103ria cu Caimac factory. He is currently in charge of the company&#8217;s vegetable and animal farms.<\/p>\n\n \n\n<p>Cornel D\u0103nil\u0103, Board member, is a graduate of the Military Technical Academy and holds an MBA from the Open University in the UK. He has more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, during which time he has held top management positions in some of the leading dairy companies in Romania. Since 2019, Mr. D\u0103nil\u0103 has been contributing to the development of the commercial strategy of L\u0103pt\u0103ria cu Caimac.<\/p>\n\n \n\n<p>Mi\u0219u Negri\u021boiu, Board member, graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, obtaining a Ph.D. in Economics from ASE.
